PRU is Phuket’s first and only Michelin-starred restaurant, located at Trisara Resort. It has also been awarded a Michelin Green Star for its commitment to sustainability. PRU stands for “Plant, Raise, Understand,” reflecting its philosophy of sourcing ingredients locally, including from its own organic farm, Pru Jampa. The restaurant offers an open kitchen experience, allowing guests to observe the preparation of innovative dishes that highlight Thailand’s diverse produce. ​
