Mini Siam Pattaya Guide: Miniature Landmarks
Explore Mini Siam in Pattaya—a miniature world of Thailand’s most iconic landmarks plus global highlights.

Famous landmarks from Thailand and around the world
Mini Siam in Pattaya is a tourist spot where visitors can see small models of famous landmarks from Thailand and around the world. Opened in 1986, the park has two areas: Mini Siam, featuring Thailand’s historical and cultural sites, and Mini World, showing well-known buildings from other countries.

Where in Pattaya is Mini Siam located?
Mini Siam is just outside Pattaya’s busy city center and easy to reach from Jomtien. You can take a taxi (Grab or Bolt), a tuk-tuk, or a songthaew, all fast and cheap options. The park is close to other attractions like a nearby temple and the Sanctuary of Truth.
We stayed in central Pattaya and got to Mini Siam in about 30 minutes by Bolt, even with heavy traffic. After the park, we went to The Sky Gallery, a nice restaurant between Pattaya and Jomtien, also 30 minutes away.

What is Mini Siam?
Mini Siam lets visitors explore Thailand and the world in miniature! It has two parts: Mini Siam, showing famous Thai landmarks, and Mini World, featuring well-known sites like the Eiffel Tower, Colosseum, Statue of Liberty, and Angkor Wat. With over 100 models at a 1:25 scale, you can see a mini world in just one afternoon.
The paths are nice and surrounded by gardens, making it a relaxing place to walk and enjoy the displays. Plan 1 to 2 hours to see everything. Be sure to check out the Kohn exhibit, included with your ticket.

Our experience at Mini Siam in 2024
We were warmly welcomed and spent the first 30 minutes exploring the grounds. Near a small lake, we could float a Krathong (a traditional Thai offering) for a small fee, set up for the Loy Krathong festival.
The Thai section gave us a great look at the country’s rich culture, and we were amazed at how many unique places in Thailand we haven’t visited yet!
Later, we visited the Siam Gallery, a small indoor museum with air conditioning showing Khon masks. Khon is a traditional Thai dance drama with cultural importance. The masks are beautiful and worth seeing.
Some old signs needed updating, likely due to COVID-19 challenges. But the Mini Siam team is working on improvements, including adding a mini train—we even saw the tracks being built! Pro Tip: Visit Mini Siam near sunset to avoid the heat and enjoy the park lighting up.
