Location & Accessibility
The spa is in Grande Centre Point Space Pattaya Hotel, near Naklua district. Let’s Relax Onsen & Spa Pattaya is close to the busy city center and Dolphin Circle, a famous roundabout leading to Beach Road. We stopped at Terminal 21 and visited the spa nearby. Its central location makes it easy for hotel guests and visitors to reach. There is plenty of parking, and you can book in advance, making visits simple to plan.
From Terminal 21, it’s a short 10-minute walk to Let’s Relax Onsen & Spa at Grande Centre Point Space Pattaya. We entered the hotel, passed the lobby, took the elevator to the seventh floor, and were warmly greeted by the spa staff.

My experience
It was my first time at an onsen, and I only knew it was like a sauna, but didn’t know what to expect.
When I arrived, I got a bag with a small towel, a large towel, a comb, a hair tie, a colorful two-piece kimono, and disposable underwear for the onsen. You can go naked in the onsen if you want, but swimsuits aren’t allowed. Free water and snacks were available in the onsen and restaurant. You don’t need to bring anything for a full day there.
Before entering the onsen, you must shower while sitting on a small stool and pouring water over yourself with a bucket. Instructions were clearly posted. The facilities were modern, very clean, and felt luxurious.

The onsen room was beautiful, with floor-to-ceiling windows and five baths plus two saunas (dry and steam). Since I was new, I wasn’t sure what to do. I saw a map showing different routes: beauty, mind & body, and well-balanced. Each suggested the order and time for each bath, which made it easier to follow.
The baths had different temperatures and skin benefits: a milky silk bath, soda bath, Gero hot spring bath, whirlpool bath, and ice-cold bath. Everything was spotless and dry. Photos weren’t allowed, so you have to see it yourself!
The map mentioned Kakeyu, but I didn’t know what it was or where to find it. Then I remembered the relaxation room outside the onsen. I put on my kimono and entered a quiet room with cushions on the floor behind a curtain.

On my way back, I found two more rooms. One was dimly lit with a warm stone floor where you lie down—odd at first but very relaxing. The other was very cold, with stone floors and benches at 0°C, perfect for cooling down after the sauna. Fish were projected on the walls, making it feel like a cold aquarium.
Overall, it was an amazing experience! After finishing the mind & body route, I tried the well-balanced one too. After nearly four hours there, I felt very relaxed but had to leave for another appointment.
The dressing rooms were clean and well-equipped with hairdryers, disposable combs, elastics, cotton pads, swabs, and nice body lotion. My skin felt noticeably better days later—the baths really helped!
I highly recommend visiting Let’s Relax Spa Pattaya for a peaceful morning, afternoon, or even a full day. The onsens are stunning and well-kept. One suggestion is to improve explanations about finding areas outside the onsen and why large towels aren’t allowed inside. Also, adding info on their website for first-timers—like how some people wear the small towel on their head—would make the visit even smoother and more relaxing.

Price-Quality Ratio
Prices at Let’s Relax Onsen & Spa are slightly higher than average spas but offer an exceptional experience with luxurious facilities and great value. Onsen access starts around THB 750, while massage packages can go up to THB 3,500. It’s an affordable luxury for those wanting a full wellness experience. The onsens are unique in Thailand, making the extra cost worthwhile.
