Explore the beauty of Sabai Beach
Sabai Beach, also known as Secret Beach at Koh Mook, is a beautiful small bay with crystal-clear water and stunning rock formations. On the right side near the rocks, there’s a small reef where you can go snorkeling. The beach is gorgeous, but during the rainy season, there’s a chance that debris from the sea can wash ashore. Signs have been put up to ask visitors not to leave any trash behind, which is unfortunately necessary. During high tide, there’s hardly any beach left, so plan your visit carefully.
Bring your own drinks and snacks if you want to spend the day there because there are no restaurants, and of course, don’t forget to take your trash back with you. There are alson no hotels or resorts at Sabai Beach, but luckily there are plenty on the island!

How to get there
Walking
This small beach is surrounded by two tall cliffs. You can reach it by boat or on foot from the Koh Mook Viewpoint. You get there by first following the path to the viewpoint, and from there, you continue walking to Sabai Beach. From the village of Koh Mook, it takes about an hour. It is a narrow path that is not always well marked. As a result, it is usually very quiet at Sabai Beach. For monkey lovers: set off early!

Kajakking
Sabai Beach is located on the west coast of Koh Mook, just north of the famous and beautiful Emerald Cave. You can easily reach it by kayaking after your visit to the cave, saving yourself a trek through the jungle. If you’re starting from Charlie Beach, it takes about 45 minutes to kayak to Sabai Beach. Renting a kayak costs around 100 baht per hour. Most snorkeling tours around the island also include a stop at Sabai Beach.
