Terminal 21 is a shopping mall in Bangkok where each floor is designed to look like a famous city, such as London, Paris, Tokyo, Istanbul, San Francisco, and Rome. The decoration is really fun everywhere, even the bathrooms are worth checking out. The signs look like those at an airport, which is why it’s called Terminal 21. Terminal 21 has the longest escalator in Thailand!
What can you buy?
Terminal 21 isn’t super expensive, but it’s not super cheap either. You’ll find lots of small shops with modern Thai brands, which is a nice change from the big chain stores. Of course, there are also well-known brands like Mango, H&M, Levi’s, and Lacoste.
Eating at Food Court Pier 21
On the fifth floor is Food Court Pier 21. This is one of the best places to eat delicious and cheap food in Bangkok. You can get a main dish for around 50 baht (less than 2 euros). It’s clean and air-conditioned, so you can enjoy your meal in a cool place. It can get busy sometimes, so you might have to wait for a table.

- Floors 1-3: Fashion and Beauty – Theme: London
- Here you’ll find clothing, accessories, cosmetics, and beauty treatments like manicures and facials. You’ll see luxury brands like Gucci and Prada, but also affordable stores like H&M and Uniqlo. The look and feel are inspired by London, with typical British details.
- Floor 4: Electronics – Theme: San Francisco
- On this floor, you can buy phones, gadgets, and other electronics. Brands like Apple and Samsung have stores here, along with Xiaomi and Huawei. The San Francisco theme is reflected in the modern, tech-inspired atmosphere.
- Floor 5: Cameras & Outlet Stores – Theme: Istanbul
- This floor is packed with cameras, accessories, and outlet stores offering branded items at discounted prices. You can grab food at the Fifth Food Avenue food court. The decor has an oriental vibe that fits the Istanbul theme.
- Floor 6: Garden, Art, and Dining – Theme: Tokyo
- The sixth floor features a green Sky Garden with walking paths and seating areas. You’ll find local art at Graft Village and various dining options at Food Island. There’s also a trampoline park (Bounce Thailand). The Tokyo theme shows in the clean, modern design.
- Floor 7: Food & Entertainment – Theme: Hollywood
- This floor is all about fun after shopping. It houses the Quartier Cine-Art cinema, a bowling alley, the Hero City arcade, and several fast-food outlets. The Hollywood theme creates a lively, vibrant atmosphere.
