Tichuca is located on the 46th floor of the T-One Building on Soi Sukhumvit 40. The building is situated in one of Bangkok’s busiest neighborhoods, surrounded by bars, restaurants, and lifestyle spots.

Access is easy via BTS Skytrain—Thonglor Station is a few minutes’ walk away. Inside the building, take the elevator to the 46th floor (switch lifts if needed). The venue only accepts walk-ins; no reservations.

The highlight—the LED tree—rises from the lower deck, turning the space into a glowing jungle temple at night. The bar feels both free-spirited and carefully planned. From woven lights and natural wood to the layout, everything enhances the immersive experience.

Music sets the mood—live DJs play afro or tropical house and chill beats that turn into party rhythms as night falls. Tichuca’s food menu is small but designed to go with drinks. It offers stylish bar bites like Fried Potatoes, Popcorn Chicken, and Grilled Chicken or Beef Skewers. It’s not for full meals, but the food is tasty, shareable, and pairs well with cocktails.

If you are very hungry, we suggest to find a bite before or after your splendid Tichuca visit.

Drinks

At Tichuca, cocktails are the highlight—tropical, colorful, and often served in glasses or pineapples. Signature drinks use passionfruit, pandan, yuzu, and rum. The menu also has classics, mocktails, Thai craft beers, and wines, all beautifully presented.

What did we order at Tichuca?

We found a nice seat with a view and started with the Yuzu Colada, served in a pineapple. It looked great, but the taste was the real winner—fresh, fruity, and perfectly balanced with gin, pineapple, and yuzu cordial.

With Thai street food plans later at the W District (our home area), we kept it simple with two snacks: juicy grilled chicken skewers and crispy fried potatoes. The spicy Thai dipping sauce brought it all together—great flavors with our cocktails.

To finish, we ordered two more cocktails. First, the La Fresa, a refreshing mix of Tichuca rum, citrus, strawberry, mint, and a hint of absinthe—vibrant, slightly herbal, and unique. Then the Amber Bee, a favorite made with gin, local wild honey, bay leaf, lemon, and Angostura bitters. Smooth, fragrant, and complex—it was the perfect end to our night at one of Bangkok’s top rooftop bars.
