What did we ordered?

With our friend Kevin from the well-known Blue Elephant brand (famous for great products and cooking schools), we started the evening with the Sunset Menu—a chilled plate of six Gillardeau N4 oysters and a bottle of Ferrari Maximum Blanc de Blancs sparkling wine. Then we enjoyed a culinary journey with truffle focaccia, Uni croquettes, and Wagyu-filled tomato from the small plates.

The highlight was “Pastel On The Yacht,” a seafood boat served with flair: oysters, langoustines, lobster, Hamachi, and Chu Toro tuna tartare. We also enjoyed a Rossini tenderloin with foie gras and salt-baked sea bass. For dessert, there was Baklava 2.0 and cocktails that doubled as dessert—pure joy!
