Jumbo is easy to reach by BTS Skytrain (Krung Thonburi Station + Gold Line) and shuttle boat. The restaurant is in a busy area with high-end shops and attractions.

The restaurant has a modern, stylish design with indoor and some outdoor seating. Large windows offer views of the lively ICONSIAM riverside. Tables are elegant but practical, welcoming both casual diners and families. Private rooms are also available for special events or business dinners.

Hospitality

The staff at Jumbo Seafood in ICONSIAM is very attentive and friendly. English communication was easy, making ordering simple and enjoyable. Their warm attitude made our visit better. When one of us was bitten by red ants outside, the staff quickly moved us to another table for comfort. The restaurant is clean and modern, adding to a great dining experience.

ICONSIAM is Bangkok’s top luxury shopping and lifestyle spot by the Chao Phraya River. Opened in 2018, it covers over 525,000 square meters and has more than 7,000 shops, including global brands like Apple and Takashimaya. Visitors can also explore SOOKSIAM, an indoor floating market showing Thailand’s regional cultures. The mall has over 100 restaurants, from local Thai food to international fine dining. It’s easy to reach by BTS Gold Line and shuttle boats, offering a mix of shopping, culture, and entertainment.

Our visits at Jumbo Seafood @ ICONSIAM

At the end of 2024, we met our good friends Dima and Ploy for a dinner we’d planned for a while: Jumbo Seafood at ICONSIAM. With many great reviews and recommendations, we had to try this famous Singaporean seafood spot.

We booked a table outside with river views and got ready for a seafood feast.

Since most dishes are for sharing, we skipped dim sum (we had that earlier) and went straight for their signature dishes. The Mee Goreng, a popular stir-fry with bold spices, scrambled eggs, fresh seafood, and crunchy bean sprouts, was pure comfort. We also ordered a Thai classic with seafood: Tom Yam soup, full of juicy prawns and tender squid. The spicy, sour broth was full of flavor.

No visit to Jumbo is complete without their star dish: the award-winning Chilli Crab. The crab was fresh and covered in a thick, glossy sauce that balanced spicy heat with sweet tomato flavor. Cracking the crab and dipping the sauce with fluffy fried buns was pure joy — a must-try!

To finish, we shared the Chilled Mango Sago Pomelo. Light, fruity, and refreshing, it was the perfect cool-down after our seafood feast. If you have room, don’t miss this dessert.

From start to finish, every dish at Jumbo Seafood was full of flavor, fresh, and indulgent. It’s clear why this place is legendary — it even had us planning our next visit, this time at Siam Paragon.
