Terminal 21, Benjasiri Park, and Benjakitti Forest Park are also nearby. With easy BTS access, it’s a perfect base for both leisure and business travelers.

Service & Hospitality

From the moment we arrived, the service at Skyview was excellent. Our luggage was handled quickly, and the check-in team made us feel welcome right away. Special thanks to the concierge who made everything smooth from start to finish. They even surprised us with a romantic rose-petal welcome in our suite to celebrate our wedding trip. These kind touches made a big impression.

Architecture & Design

The hotel’s interiors mix comfort and elegance. Spacious lobbies, warm lighting, and soft colors create a calm, luxurious feel. Small details like clear switches and handy charging ports greatly improve the guest experience.

The lobby, public areas, and rooms feel like art installations, not just hotel decor. Think sleek pastels, brass details, velvet furniture, and bold pieces like giant red lips and unique lighting. Even the elevators are picture-perfect.

Ambiance & Atmosphere

Skyview has a polished but relaxed vibe. Whether you’re by the infinity pool, sipping a cocktail at MOJJO, or having a quiet breakfast at PRIME, the mood is always perfect. With good music, friendly staff, and great design, every moment feels special.

Room Types at SKYVIEW Hotel Bangkok

Skyview has 285 rooms and suites in seven categories—from the 30 m² Premier Room to the 62 m² Executive Suite. All rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows, comfy beds, modern amenities, and stylish decor. Many also include access to the Club Lounge.

Our Room in 2022: Skyview Executive Suite

Bedroom

The bedroom in our Skyview Executive Suite was a highlight. Large windows with Bangkok views, a king-size bed with many outlets, and a quiet A/C made it feel like home.

Living area

The living room had a cozy sofa, a dining table for four, and a kitchenette. With a washing machine, full fridge, Zanetti coffee machine, and stove, the suite felt like a serviced apartment—perfect for longer stays or families.

Bathroom

The marble bathroom was stunning. It had a freestanding tub with skyline views, a rain shower, and a washlet toilet for extra comfort. All luxury hotel amenities were thoughtfully included.

Our Room in 2024: Grand Executive with bath

Bedroom

The Grand Executive Room offered a spacious, comfortable 35 m² with city views over EmSphere (TRIBE). Daylight filled the room, making it bright and inviting. The plush king-size bed with soft linens helped us sleep well. The large wardrobe with extra storage was very useful for our multi-night stay.

Living Area

The living area had a large desk—perfect for working on Thailand Magazine, as planned. Each day, we got tea, coffee, and bottled water, while we kept the minibar stocked with snacks and drinks from the 7-Eleven across the street. Honestly, SKYVIEW Hotel Bangkok felt like our home away from home in the city’s heart!

Bathroom

We loved the bathroom at this hotel again! Even the affordable rooms have great features. This sleek, modern bathroom had a separate dual-head shower, soft towels, bathrobes, slippers, a hairdryer, and free toiletries that boosted our comfort. Plus, the bath with Bangkok skyline views was a top highlight of our stay!

Facilities

Infinity Pool

On the eighth floor, the pool area is a peaceful retreat. With city views, a jacuzzi, a kid’s pool, and a poolside bar, it’s easy to relax for hours. Don’t miss the fun themed pool parties!

Gym

Also on the eighth floor, the 24/7 gym is spacious, modern, and fully equipped with TechnoGym machines and plenty of weights. Whether you prefer cardio or strength training, you’ll find what you need here.

Silver Lining Club Lounge

Guests in Club rooms and suites can use the Silver Lining Club Lounge. It was closed during our visit, but it offers a quiet spot for snacks and drinks above the city’s hustle.

Food & Drinks

Executive Chef Dessi De Vries leads the culinary team. This Dutch chef is known for his creative style and global experience. He has worked in Michelin-starred restaurants, royal households, and luxury hotels in Europe and Asia. He’s cooked for the Dutch royal family and trained at top places like Auberge De Kieviet and Petrossian Paris.

PRIME Restaurant

PRIME is the main restaurant offering quality and variety from morning to late evening. On the 7th floor, it has a clean, stylish open layout with comfy couches, high tables, and regular dining tables for couples or groups.

Breakfast

Mornings at PRIME begin with a generous breakfast buffet. From Thai stir-fries and curries to classic Western dishes like scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, and buttery croissants, everything is fresh and well presented. We loved the egg station, where eggs are cooked your way—boiled, poached, or scrambled. Don’t miss the fresh fruit, cereals, and yogurt options. It’s a great way to start your day.

All-Day Dining

From 12:30, PRIME switches to its All-Day Dining menu. We tried lunch and loved the creative, flavorful dishes. Highlights were the juicy Sai Ua-style pork burger (inspired by Northern Thai sausage), Italian gnocchi in a light herb sauce, and torched wagyu beef we enjoyed so much we ordered three times. The menu offers global dishes—great for travelers wanting variety.

PRIME Brunch

If you’re in town on a Saturday, don’t miss the signature brunch from 12:30 to 15:00. The relaxed atmosphere, great food, and chill music (we heard a DJ playing Kraak & Smaak, friends of us from our home town) make this brunch a highlight.

Room Service from PRIME

After a long day exploring Bangkok, we chose to dine in and ordered pizza, pasta, and two desserts. Everything arrived fresh and nicely presented—room service here feels like a real restaurant experience.

Years later we ordere a curry and salad in our room – again, excellent!

Special PRIME Events

The new chef and his team host several annual events, making our 2024 stay at PRIME extra special—especially a tasting event with dishes paired with wines. We enjoyed traditional flavors mixed with modern techniques, like langoustine amuse-bouche and Barbary duck.

MOJJO Rooftop Lounge & Bar

On the 32nd floor, MOJJO offers South American-inspired food with panoramic views. We enjoyed cocktails and tasty dishes like tacos and grilled meats. Be sure to reserve an outdoor seat!
